Naan Naanza is the outcome of the combination of Tandoor and Italian. Naanza is basically the combination of two words ‘Naan’ and ‘Pizza’. Topped with delicious toppings, seasonings, pizza sauce, and cheese, the Naanza made with the base of Naan is definitely a treat for your tongue. Here’s the recipe to the making of delicious Naanza using Naan base.

Making of Naanza using Naan base: 1. To make this yummy Naanza, we need to start by making the dough for Naan. Take a bowl, add sugar, yeast, lukewarm water. Mix well and keep aside 5 to 7 minutes. 2. Now add maida, curd, salt, the above yeast mixture, melted ghee in another bowl and knead into a soft dough. Use more water if required. 3. Now, cover the dough with a damp cloth and keep it aside. After 30 minutes, take the dough and divide it into small portions. Take one portion and roll it into the form of roti. Sprinkle some sesame seeds and roll again. 4. Now, heat the non-stick tawa and place the Naan on it. Place it in such a way that the side with the sesame seeds facing downwards. As soon as one side of the Naan puffs, turn over and let the other side of the Naan cook. Then roast on open flame till the Naan turns golden. 5. Now again place the Naan on the tawa and spread 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce on it. Then put the bell peppers, sliced onions, and baby corns evenly on it. Then, place the grated cheese over it. 6. Put a dollop of butter over it, cover and cook on a slow flame till the cheese melts. Repeat the procedure with the remaining other dough. Cut the Naanza in the shape you desire. Serve this yummy Naanza and relish with family, friends, and everyone.
