Prepared with the goodness of butter, mashed potatoes, milk, wheat flour, paneer, green chili, onion, sugar, vinegar, a melange of masalas and egg, the delectable dish will be all time favorite. Ingredients for Paneer Pie: Shredded paneer - one kilogram Green chili - two tsp Onion - two Butter - 8 tbsp Garlic paste - two tsp Lime - two Salt - two pinches Water as per requirement Wheat flour - four tbsp Sugar - 1/2 tsp Potato - 800 gm Ginger paste - two tsp Vinegar - two tsp Black pepper - two pinches Egg whites - 8 Milk - four tbsp How to prepare Paneer Pie: Step 1) To begin with, wash & clean the potatoes. Into a deep bottom vessel, pour sufficient water to cover the potatoes, and boil over a moderate flame till the potatoes get tendered. When done, remove the potatoes from the vessel, peel & mash them into a vessel. Step 2) To the mashed potatoes have four tbsp of butter followed by pepper and salt. Combine properly & keep it beside till required again. Take the chopping board & properly mince this onion. Step 3) Into a combining vessel, have the shredded paneer and then onions, garlic paste, ginger paste, green chili, sugar, lime, salt & vinegar. Combine properly. Step 4) In a separate bowl add in the eggs whites and then wheat flour, milk and butter. Combine properly. Now add the mix to the paneer mixture & combine entirely. Step 5) Then take the baking dish & cautiously pour the made batter in it. Top the batter using the mashed potato mix & spread equivalently. Place this tray on in the oven for forty mins. at 250 degree Celsius. Enjoy!
